He was clever and bored, a lethal combination when it was Forcas - the Angel of Invisibility. What else was there to do?...
Below is a short excerpt from Chapter 2
I discovered the tedium of the Heavens lessen as I taught myself to sculpt my physique into the machine it had become. Endless training and battle movements, still could not alleviate the boredom. They helped for a few moments but my mind needed exercises.
I went in search of Lucifer, he had not been seen in some time. He had a way about him that was alluring. The added bonus was he encouraged my thought process by his constant speculation and conjecture.
“Where goest thou” asked Adramelechk?
“I wish to seek the presence of Lucifer, I know not where he is placed.”
“Why do you go in search of such a one” asked Xaphan?
I was unsurprised to see both these angels together, they were fast friends and very rarely apart. “I find him ...interesting. Nay, I find him entertaining. Why what bothers you brother, about him?”
“You find him interesting? So are the clouds, but I do not see them. He is entertaining? I prefer my own company and that of my brethren to keep me entertained” stated Adramelechk “and they will not lead me into a path that is not in being with the Creator.”
“And you are certain Lucifer will lead me astray?”
“I have no doubt his intentions are not as pure as the rest of us” Xaphan voiced, mirroring Adramelechk’s thoughts.
